We will host a free seminar with information about our most current, limited time, prime land offerings in Southern California. We will answer all of your questions so that you can feel confident in your investment decisions.
Own
We make land ownership possible by forming LLC investment groups. With as little as $5,000 down, you can own a percentage of an entire investment offering. You decide how much or how little you want to own.
Journey
We’ll be in touch once per quarter to update you on investment progress, answer any questions, and collect investment expenses for the quarter.
Evaluate
After a minimum of 5 years, investments can be sold or you may withdraw your initial contribution with a guaranteed 5% APY return.
